PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - ARTHUR D. LITTLE

I joined the Strategy & Organisation Practice within the London office of Arthur D. Little at the beginning of 1999. During the next two years with the firm, I was involved in a number of strategic projects for government agencies and international blue chip companies.

INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development: Took lead role as sole representative of firm in presentation to a UK FTSE 250 Client leading to the award of a $500,000 case. I also supported the Firm's sponsorship of the 2000 World Sports Forum in St. Moritz, Switzerland.

Competence development: Global responsibility for 'Managing Uncertainty' Strategy Practice competency. I used innovative methods to communicate new concepts both internally as well as to existing and prospective clients e.g. Strategy Surgeries and Camps across Europe.

Product development: Part of a global development team tasked with addressing the needs of the firm to support start-up ebusinesses, and blue chip operations called Creating Digital Businesses launched in December 2000. Creating Digital Businesses became the standard client engagement tool world-wide within Arthur D. Little.

Tools & Methodology: Responsible for leading the development of the local capability in Strategic Decision Support Tools, including internal training, support, knowledge management and advising on improvements. My expertise led to my becoming a trouble-shooter for client engagements across Europe.
