Recruited by the Group Business Development Director and Group Chief Executive to develop a green-field strategy role working directly with the executive management team to develop the Group’s corporate and acquisition strategy and processes to meet ambitious diversification and expansion goals. My work has facilitated strategic change in a period in which the firm’s market capitalisation doubled and profitability increased significantly.

Spearheading the Group’s relationship and public affairs programme with key audiences including clients, civil service, defence and political stakeholders.


Chair of the Group Communications Committee with responsibility for driving communication and brand development in an effective, cohesive manner.

Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to position the enterprise to win significant engineering, support and PFI opportunities.

Creating and managing an Investor Relations function to meet the needs of the Company's rapid expansion in market capitalisation.
